Note that withdrawal requests will be processed within 7–10 business days, and our team will continue responding to any open inquiries left past the September 30 deadline.
As we evolve to better serve our artists, Songtradr is transitioning Marketplace services to MassiveMusic and Bandcamp. Below are key details on the closure and actions you will need to take, including distribution and licensing updates, royalty withdrawal instructions, and how to get started with Bandcamp.
Action Required and Important Deadlines:
MassiveMusic Access: On September 30, you will receive an email link to activate your account on MassiveMusic for Rightsholders. Your migrated releases will be ready for you there.
Data Backup: While releases migrate automatically, your Songtradr Marketplace audio library, playlists, and profile data will not. Please download these files to your local drive within the next 90 days. After this period, they will no longer be accessible.
