You can cancel your Songtradr Pro subscription directly from your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like to request immediate termination, send us an email:
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Songtradr Artist account.
Navigate to the Account section at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Select Subscription Settings.
Click on Manage Subscription.
Choose the option to Cancel Subscription.
Important: If you miss the cancellation deadline, not a problem. As long as you contact us within 90 days after the most recent subscription charge, we'd be happy to issue a refund.
