    I tried a 2nd time to withdraw my funds. It keeps reversing. I've been trying for a week now. This is getting frustrating.

    Hey Rick! It looks like you may be attempting to withdraw below the minimum. All users need to have a minimum amount of USD10.00.

    I'm trying to withdraw funds, my balance is above the minimum, but every time I try I get an "unable to identify your identity" error message from Plaid.

    Please advice.

    I just followed these directions [https://support.songtradr.com/hc/en-us/articles/20886931520023-Common-Withdrawal-Q-A#h_01HN3ES4ZAH9CSR50QXF33Z06F] to withdraw my Account Balance, but there's no Withdraw Funds button on this page...just Set Up Payments & Tax Docs, which I just completed (and nothing loads now when I click that). How do I withdraw my balance?

    Hi Kurt! If you are seeing the "Set Up Payments & Tax Documents" button, that means you have not completed your payment profile. Please review this FAQ for more help! https://support.songtradr.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410332166935-Transactions-Licenses-setup-payments-tax-documents 

    Note: You may withdraw funds once ID verification and your payment profile are complete and the account has a minimum balance of USD10.
