You can cancel your Songtradr PRO subscription anytime from your dashboard. You will keep access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period.
See below for Instructions:
1. Log in and navigate to the avatar at the top right-hand corner of your page
2. Navigate to the "Songtradr PRO" section in the dropdown (at the top)
3. You will immediately be redirected to your Recurly account and subscription, where you will select the "Cancel Subscription"
4. You will be prompted to "Cancel Subscription" once more. You will see confirmation on screen that the cancellation has been processed.
*** To cancel immediately and request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. If you contact us within 90 days of your latest annual charge, you are eligible for a full refund. Beyond 90 days, we can offer a pro-rated or full refund depending on the circumstances.
