Yes, you can request that your music be removed from all stores by contacting our distribution team via email.
Please provide the associated UPC(s) so that our team can process your requests. You can find UPC(s) displayed within your Distribution tab by clicking on the release.
Important Notes:
We cannot process takedown or metadata edit requests until your album and/or single has been released, i.e., on the release date.
You can locate your scheduled release date within your Songtradr account from your Distribution tab.
Many DSPs process takedowns within 4-6 weeks from date of takedown request.
If you're unsure about when to request an Edit vs. when to request a Takedown of an existing release, click here.
FYI:
Even after a release is taken down, it will still appear in the Distribution tab of your Songtradr dashboard as a historical record—it does not reflect current release status.
On platforms like Spotify, removed tracks may still be accessible via direct links (e.g., from old promotions), but they will appear grayed out and unplayable.
If you notice any taken-down music still active or playable on any platform, please share the links with us so we can investigate.
