Upon migrating to our upgraded platform, you will gain total catalog control—including self-serve takedowns and store selections—alongside enhanced analytics and streamlined royalty withdrawals. Rest assured that all releases will remain online with uninterrupted stream counts throughout the transition.
In an effort to make the migration as seamless as possible, we are extending the September 1, 2026 deadline to early Fall 2026. This will allow ample time and additional flexibility to manage your account without feeling rushed. We will keep you in the loop on the exact closure date as it approaches.

Image:
Recording Artist name and featured Artist name (if applicable) should match what you've listed in the metadata details of the release
Should be good quality, without blurriness or pixelation
If your original image is not square, double check that it 'translates' okay when uploaded into the standard square format. Some images may crop or align incorrectly. Also, check the image is the right way up and not rotated incorrectly
Format:
Minimum size: 3000 x 3000 pixels
Maximum size: 6000x6000 pixels
Acceptable formats are .png or .jpeg
Cover Text:
Cover text should be exactly that which is included on the release (i.e. Artist, Collaborator, Title, and Label)
Spelling must match the information in the release exactly
If you feature an artist, the primary artist and the featured artist must be clearly marked as such
Artwork credit can be included but must be notated as such so as not to be confused with any other text e.g. "Designed by..." or "Cover art by..."
What cannot be included in the artwork:
Website and social media handles
Streaming Platforms & Social Media Icons/Logos
References to physical packaging (i.e. CD logo)
Advertising
Copyrighted images without written permission from the original owners
Years or dates
Barcode
